What to expect
Five steps, no surprises.
Step one
Consultation
We listen to what is bothering you, what you have tried and what you are hoping for. A $50 booking fee applies to cosmetic consultations and comes off treatments or products in clinic.
Step two
Clinical assessment
Imelda assesses your skin and facial structure, reviews your history and confirms whether treatment is suitable. If it is not the right call, we will tell you.
Step three
Personalised plan
You leave with a plan built around your goals and the assessment, with honest timeframes and what each step will cost. Nothing is decided on the day unless you are ready.
Step four
Treatment
Treatment is booked separately, so you have time to think it over. Conservative by default, with informed consent before we begin.
Step five
Aftercare
We check how you have responded, adjust where needed and prescribe the homecare that protects what you have invested in.
